Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the applyapply website, server, and browser extension (together, "applyapply"). applyapply is operated by Pegasus Crypto Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using applyapply, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use applyapply

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to agree to these terms. You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

What applyapply does and does not do

applyapply finds job listings, drafts tailored resumes, cover notes and answers from the information you provide, and fills application forms when you ask it to. It never submits an application for you. Generated material can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so read and correct everything before you submit it. You are responsible for what you send to employers, including making sure it is truthful. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any other result, and we are not a recruiter or an employment agency.

Your content

You own the profile, resume, answers and other material you provide, and the materials generated for you. You give us permission to store and process that content, including through the service providers listed in our Privacy policy, only as needed to run applyapply for you. Only provide information you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Do not use applyapply to break the law, to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, to send bulk or automated applications, to interfere with the service or with job sites, to get around usage limits or credit charges, or to resell or copy the service. You are responsible for following the terms of the job sites and application systems you use applyapply with.

Credits and payments

Some features use credits. New accounts may receive free starter credits. Purchased credits are a one-time, prepaid purchase with no subscription; they do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Stripe processes payments. If an operation fails, the credits it reserved are returned automatically. Purchased credits are not refundable except where the law requires it; if something went wrong with a purchase, email us and we will look into it. We may change credit prices for future purchases and operations, but not the balance you already hold.

Third-party services

applyapply links to and works on job sites and application systems we do not control. Their content, availability and terms are their own.

Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Profile & settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Unused free credits end when an account is closed.

Disclaimers

applyapply is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, applyapply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to applyapply or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use applyapply after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to wittman.c@gmail.com.
