Privacy policy

applyapply helps people find jobs and prepare applications. It is operated by Pegasus Crypto Holdings, LLC. This policy explains what the applyapply website, server, and browser extension collect and how that information is used.

Information we handle

• Account information, including your email address and magic-link sign-in token.
• Profile and resume information that you choose to provide, such as name, contact details, work history, education, work authorization, target roles, and uploaded resume files.
• Job information you ask us to process, including job URLs, descriptions, application questions, screenshots, and answers entered through the extension.
• Generated application materials, saved answers, pipeline status, credit balance, and basic operational logs needed to run the service.
• Payment and purchase records. Stripe processes card details; applyapply does not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate you, find and organize roles, generate tailored resumes and application materials, fill forms at your direction, save your work, charge credits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability. Your profile, resume, answers, screenshots, and job materials are not sold, used for advertising, or used to train a general-purpose model. We do not submit an application without an action from you.

Service providers

We share only the data needed to provide the requested feature with service providers: Railway and Postgres for hosting and storage; Anthropic or OpenRouter for language-model generation; TypeSafe for scoring how well a listing or tailored resume fits your target roles and for screening listings for hidden instructions; Hyperbrowser for browser-based sourcing; Stripe for payments; and Resend for transactional email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or allow people to read user application data except when you explicitly provide it for support or when needed for security, legal compliance, or abuse investigation. We do not use job-page data to build unrelated advertising profiles.

Retention and deletion

Your profile, resume, generated kits, pipeline, and saved answers remain in your account until you delete them. In Profile & settings, you can download an account export or permanently delete the account and its stored profile, resume, answers, jobs, kits, schedule, and operational records. Shared source-cache data contains public job listings, not your profile. Payment and fraud records may be retained longer where required for accounting, security, or legal obligations. You can also email wittman.c@gmail.com from the account email address.

Security and extension behavior

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, sessions are authenticated with expiring tokens, production access is restricted, and the extension has no access to pages until you click its toolbar icon. The extension sends page data only when you request a fill, answer, resume, or application action. If you use voice dictation, the extension uses Chrome's built-in speech recognition, which Google processes under its own terms; applyapply receives only the resulting text. We do not sell user data, use it for targeted advertising, or transfer it for unrelated purposes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not upload information you are not comfortable processing through the service providers described above.

Use of applyapply is also governed by our Terms of Service.
