what you will do

• Build and test acquisition channels, content, and distribution partnerships.
• Measure activation, conversion, and retention, and use those results to choose the next experiment.
• Work with engineering on product changes that help people discover and adopt applyapply.
• Talk to job seekers and turn what you learn into clearer messaging and a better product.

what you bring

• Experience growing a consumer or prosumer product, or building something that spread without a large brand budget.
• Comfort running experiments and explaining what the results mean.
• Strong writing and an ability to understand what a job seeker needs.
• Willingness to do the work directly, from publishing content to analyzing a funnel.
